I literally cannot say enough good things about this trip and their entire team. Ricardo is an absolute gemming, helping us for 6 months to plan the most memorable trip for our party of 13. Every single detail was executed with care. Absolutely have Eylin and family as your onsite staff. They cooked incredibly delicious meal and made us feel like family. The beach club is to die for. The home is immaculate. I just cannot say enough good things. We will absolutely be back. Top 3 travel experiences of our lives!!!

The home looks exactly like the listing, and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The property can be a little tricky to find, so I’d recommend using Waze as your primary navigation if you’re renting a car. The staff, Eylin and Dunia, were absolutely wonderful. They cooked, cleaned, and took such thoughtful, kind care of us. We truly enjoyed having them with us. One tip: for any extras you arrange through the host (like in‑home massages), it’s best to tip in cash directly to the individuals at the end. We prepaid for some services and didn’t realize the tip wouldn’t go directly to the masseuse or staff, which made things a bit confusing. Ricardo was also very helpful in arranging tour guides and coordinating anything additional we needed throughout the week. We absolutely LOVED our stay, the people, and Costa Rica as a whole. It’s a beautiful country, and we had so much fun. We will definitely be back.

Ricardo was the best host. He was attentive to every need of the group and communicated at all times. The property was amazing including the personnel at the airbnb as we chose the option of having our meals cooked. We couldn't have asked for a better host, personnel, and property. Will highly recommend others book for special occasions, vacations, etc.

I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a secure and private stay in Costa Rica! We were a group of 12 and were able to all fit very comfortably and enjoy the amenities of the home! Ricardo was great to coordinate transportation and meals with to make our stay extra easy. The property is very secure which makes you feel very safe and the house itself is very clean. I would especially recommend this for any large groups as the house was perfect and it was an easy 20 minute drive to the town with some bars and restaurants. Ricardo was attentive to our every need before and during our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! Ricardo was incredibly responsive and such a hard worker. We had a few minor issues during our visit, but he took care of them and made arrangements whenever needed. He truly did his best to make sure our group was comfortable. A few things to note for future guests: Four of the bedrooms have sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. Since we had younger kids, we didn’t feel comfortable letting them sleep in those rooms, so they shared a room in the main house. The house is a bit off the beaten path, which we actually loved for the peaceful setting, but definitely plan on renting a car or using Uber if you want to go into town. Ice needs to be requested frequently. It is a rental property, so some things may not be as perfectly cared for as in your own home. Right on the property we saw monkeys in the trees, deer, cows, and even fireflies. We also loved the beach club! The breakfasts prepared by the ladies were a highlight—delicious.

We had a truly unforgettable stay in Tamarindo! The house itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful — the perfect place to relax and unwind. Ricardo went above and beyond from the moment we booked. He essentially helped us plan and organize the entire trip from A to Z, and was always available and responsive when we had any questions or minor hiccups. He handled everything quickly and made sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Eylin and Marlen, who were with us throughout the week, were an absolute delight. They took such great care of the home, cooked delicious meals, and even took time to play with our kids. Their kindness and warmth made our stay feel extra special. One thing to keep in mind: the house is located within a gated community that requires passing through two gates, and it takes about 15 minutes just to get out of the neighborhood. So be sure to plan for a little extra travel time when heading out. Huge thanks to Ricardo, Eylin, & Marlen!

Ricardos place was excellent. It was nice because everyone had their own bathroom and had somewhat of private space and the common areas were great for the whole family to spend together. Mildred was great as she made breakfast for us and helped us with any housekeeping needs. The area was private and had lots of security. We would recommend it to big families!

There were 6 of us staying in the home and it was absolutely fabulous. The house looked like the photos, the neighborhood was private. We had access to two different beaches - one was a beach resort that cost $5 for us to have access to pools, beach, restaurant, and bar. The house staff were amazing, the food was delicious, everything was clean, and everyone was responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a great time celebrating our annual couple's trip in Costa Rica. The home was beautiful and all 6 couples had no complaints. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the food options int he evening were all on point. One night we anted to go out to Tamarindo for some night life and Ricardo provided suggestions for transportation, places to eat and attractions. Did I mention the food was amazing!! I look forward to coming back soon!!

Is Airport Transportation Available?

Yes. We can provide transportation as a paid service from the Liberia Airport (LIR) for up to 14 people.

Should I Rent a Vehicle?

For shorter visits, you probably don’t need it. However, it’s a different story if you’re looking to explore, get out in the area for shopping or other needs, or go to restaurants. Cabs and transports are difficult and expensive to get into the gated community. In those circumstances, we recommend renting a vehicle. Ricardo can assist in arranging car rentals with our contacts.

What about Groceries?

Send Ricardo your grocery list and he will do the shopping for you before you even arrive for a small fee.

Is Housekeeping Included during our stay?

Spend every moment relaxing while we take care of the housekeeping. Our staffing hours are flexible and can accomodate your needs while ensuring your uninterrupted privacy.

Are Private Cooking or Chef Services Available?

Cooking service is available. Just provide the groceries (or have our concierge purchase them for you) and our staff is available to cook all of your meals for an additional fee. You may also enjoy the nearby restaurant Gracia with a delicious farm-to-table menu, where you can take advantage of the sunsets from the swim-up pool bar.

Absolutely! Our host Ricardo knows the area very well and is always eager to help you discover the beauty, great food and fun in the area.

Is there 24/7 Security on the Property?

Exterior security cameras on property
Casa Armonia is in a very safe and secure gated community. But even so, rest assured, as there are exterior security cameras on the property. We have cameras at the main entrance, in the garage, and in the perimeter area which are on 24/7. As an added measure, the community also has regular security patrols throughout the night.

What is the Noise and Party Policy?

There are reasonable community bylaws around noise after 10pm and parties. Speak to Ricardo for more details.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We offer free cancellation for 48 hours! For further details, see below:
